Meet the team.
Maggie Younis
Director
Head of Consultant Relations
Strengths: Execution, strategy, relationship building
Experience: Maggie has over 25 years of retirement industry experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from DePauw University and has earned the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC) designations from the American Retirement Association. She also holds the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) and Accredited Pension representative (APR) designations from the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and has also earned the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation from the IRS and currently serves on the WIPN Board.
For fun: Maggie loves to travel with her mom and friends. She is also an avid golfer, and her LPGA Amateur match play team has qualified for the national tournament the last 5 years (she has even had a hole-in-one!).
Coker Roswell
Director
Consultant Relations
Strengths: Relationship building, strategy, problem solving.
Experience: Coker has been in the retirement services industry since 1997. His career has spanned communications and varying roles in sales and consultant relations. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
For fun: Coker enjoys spending time on the family farm in west Texas with his wife and two sons. He's a fan of the Dallas Cowboys but don't hold that against him.
Juliana MacTaggart
Director
Consultant Relations
Strengths: Strategy, analytics, relationship building.
Experience: Juliana has been in the retirement services industry since 2008. She is a graduate of University of Hartford and earned an MBA at the University of Connecticut. She holds FINRA Series 7, 6 and 63 licenses.
For fun: Juliana enjoys spending time with her husband and son; cooking and entertaining friends; playing golf and giving back to the community.
Thomas Harty, AIF®
Director
Consultant Relations
Strengths: Relationship building, business development, consulting.
Experience: Tom has been in the financial services industry since 1993. He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
For fun: Tom spends time with his wife and 3 boys living outside of Chicago. Golf and wine trips are a particular passion of Tom's.
Ruby Roberts, QKA

Strengths: Relationship building, consulting, business development.
Experience: Ruby has been in the financial services industry since 2010. She is a graduate of Kent State University and holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
For fun: When Ruby isn't getting bossed around by her two little girls, she loves to travel with friends and family. Ruby's ideal vacation spot is escaping the Ohio winters and going anywhere tropical.
