More about the team:
Taylor Garlesky manages the Consultant Support Center and is based in Richfield, OH. She provides strategic direction for the team and is one of the senior contacts for external and internal consultant services.
In 2006, Taylor began her career in the financial services industry, joining Schwab Retirement Plan Services in 2011 as a communication consultant. She specialized in consulting with large and mega-market plan sponsors to develop customized communication programs for large, complex plans and diverse employee groups. Before joining the company, Taylor was part of a leading financial institution where she spent time on strategic initiatives including reporting and analytics, incentive compensation programs, and product management.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Ohio University. She is FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed, and working toward earning the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Don Breckel supports consultants based in the Southern region, and is located in Richfield, OH. Don began his financial service career at Schwab Retirement Plan Services in 2013. He originally joined the ERISA Compliance & Consulting group, where he specialized in the compliance administration of defined contribution plans. During his time as a compliance analyst, he worked with plan sponsors on annual ADP/ACP testing, 5500 preparations, compliance audits, compliance corrections, and other specialized projects.
Don holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Kent State University.
Dana Hankins supports consultants based in the Western region, and is located in Denver, CO. Dana joined Schwab Retirement Plan Services in 2015 as a Senior Proposal Writer, responsible for providing support to the Sales Team through the development of sales proposals and RFP responses. She worked closely with Sales, Business Acceptance, Retirement Investment Services, and other business partners to provide responses for retirement and stock plan clients. Before joining the company, Dana had more than 11 years of experience in business development and support in the hospitality/technology industry.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Restaurant and Hotel Management, along with a minor in Spanish, from Texas Tech University.
Ruby Roberts supports consultants based in the Eastern region, and is located in Richfield, OH. Ruby began her career at Schwab Retirement Plan Services in 2013 as a Participant Services Representative specialized in assisting participants with account resolution. She then spent time as a Client Service Specialist, partnering with Client Service Managers to perform daily support of plan/trust administration and analysis.
Ruby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Kent State University and has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA.)
