Cooper Howard

Cooper Howard, CFA, is responsible for providing analysis and investor education on fixed income markets with a focus on the municipal bond market. Cooper has been widely quoted in financial publications including The New York Times, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and The Bond Buyer.

Cooper joined Schwab in 2007. Before serving in his current role, he worked as a Senior Fixed Income Specialist, assisting Schwab clients in constructing fixed income portfolios and trading fixed income securities. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Colorado. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
