The end of the year is a natural time to focus on the important people in our lives. At Schwab, this spirit extends to the communities in which we live and work through Schwab's annual Season of Giving initiative, during which we share our time, talent, and resources.

This Season of Giving, Schwab employees will package more than 1 million nutritious meals to distribute to our communities. Charles Schwab Foundation is donating $300,000 to local food banks and nonprofits focused on providing hunger relief year-round. And this past spring, we celebrated our 22nd Annual Schwab Volunteer Week, filling more than 10,000 volunteer roles to support nearly 350 nonprofits nationwide.

Our dedication to service is a core part of who we are, and it's why we're proud to be recognized as one of America's 50 most-community-minded businesses for the ninth year in a row by volunteer service organization Points of Light.
