Giving Back for the Greater Good

This year, consider creating a tradition of giving to help support those in need.

At Schwab, the spirit of service is in our DNA. For decades, we've supported a wide range of nonprofits and community service programs that have enabled Schwab employees to give back to the causes most meaningful to them. It's why we've been recognized as one of America's 50 most community-minded businesses for the eighth year in a row by volunteer service organization Points of Light.

One of the initiatives I'm most proud of is our annual Season of Giving program, which aims to address food insecurity in our local communities. Throughout Schwab, we will be packing nearly 1 million nourishing meals and supporting local food banks to help families in need during the holiday season.
